Where do you ship?
Kimpton Fitness and beyond ships anywhere in the world.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Due to high demand products can take 2-4 weeks to ship, there are options to Skip The Line however, where we can process your order first. 

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most forms of  online payment so no cash checks. We are an online business so we will take all types of credit or debit cards or any form of being able to make an online payment such as Apple pay, PayPal and more. 

Which currency will I be charged in?
Kimpton Fitness and Beyond is an American based company so you will be charged in USD. Whatever country you may be from your currency will be converted to USD.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

We do not offer payment options, everything is upfront. 



3. Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide. 

Do you offer fast shipping?
We only offer standard shipping which takes 2-4 weeks due to high demand. 

How can I track my package?
With the completion of your order you will receive a tracking number. 

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
All purchases are tax free.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for items purchased.

Are returns free?
Yes, returns are 100% money back. 

How long does it take to process a return?
Allow up to 2 weeks to process returns.

Do you have physical stores?
Kimpton Fitness and Beyond is exclusively an online business therefore we do not have physical stores.
